1. If there are any discrepancies upon receiving inspection, Buyer must notify the information to Seller in writing within 30 days from the ship-date.

2. FOB point is shipping point unless otherwise it states in the quotation. If there is any additional expense concurred, Seller will notify to Buyer in writing prior to the shipment.

3. On serialized items, Seller will issue a FAA8130-3 tag with a Repair Report. If there is any special documentation requirement, Buyer is obligated to notify Seller. If there is any additional cost incurred if Buyer neglects to notify Seller in the beginning, then such charges will be billed to Buyer.

6. Depending on Seller's sourcing situation, the trace or paperwork, Pricing, or quantity needs to be changed, Seller shall notify to Buyer for acceptance.

7. Should Seller's Supplier(s) have difficulty supplying for the material due to natural disaster, strike, accidental situation, etc., which is beyond Seller's control, the order needs to be amended or cancelled. Under such circumstances, Seller will be exempted from responsibility.

8. All the information between Seller and Buyer will be kept confidentially, including pricing, trace, availability, and other technical information related to the quotation.

9. All the items are subject to prior to sale, and depending on availability of a unit, price, trace, repair information could be changed.

10. The Seller makes No independent representation that the part is airworthy, or that it is acceptable for installation. These determinations are to be made by the Installer, based on an inspection of the part and of the documentation that has been forwarded by the seller in accordance with FAA AC00-056B.

11. Warranty for current Serviceable units will be 6 months and Overhaul units will be 1 year from the ship-date. Out of Tag date Units which have more than 1 year from the tag date shall have the 3 months warranty from the ship-date.As Removed Parts will have the repair-cap amount with 3 months warranty from the ship date in serviceable condition only, and any OEM repair shops would be excluded from the consideration of the warranty, unless otherwise disclosed by the customer upon the PO placement. Buyer shall disclose the name of the shop with information of repair quotation to Seller. Warranty period for the terms must be covered within the aforementioned-time period specified in written notice with tangible evidence only and no time period beyond would be acceptable even if the unit is removed within the time frame. Buyer must notify the claim notice to Seller within the specified warranty period unless otherwise Buyer and Seller have the special agreement for the terms. 12. If Buyer delays payment after the payment due date, Seller will bill 2% of the invoice amount per month. If Seller makes a case on litigation or a small case court, then Seller can charge the legal fee to Buyer for the full amount.

13. If the order is cancelled by the customer, Seller will charge 20% of the ordered amount as a restocking fee, and the unit must be returned within 7 calendar days. Unless otherwise the restocking fee will not be valid and Buyer must pay for the full ordered amount.

14. The return unit will have to have the original documentation including 8130 tag or EASA form1 with the unit. Otherwise, credit memo cannot be provided. If the buyer cannot provide the original tag, Seller can charge the recertification cost. The return shipment must be made within 10 days unless a special agreed arrangement can be made. Otherwise, there is no credit or warranty repair available.
