The Aircraft Parts Support Department provides a variety of important services in the procurement and sales, and repair of aircraft parts. In ANATU's sales value, the services provided accounts for approximately 60 to 70% of current annual sales. Procurement and Sales: The Procurement and Sales is the heart of ANATU's business as it plays a vital role in supporting ANA's daily domestic routes and its international revenue flight operations abroad. It includes extensive support to the numerous A.O.G. (Aircraft On Ground) orders, and handles tough negotiations on critical issues with various vendors / customers in order to maintain their rapid dispatch time ratio as well as the high quality control service. It supports ANA's 170 aircrafts, composed of A320, B767, B747, B737, as well as the B777, the world's newest and most advanced commercial jet. The Procurement and Sales also markets ANA's surplus material through extensive customer and airline channels to reduce inventory and generate profit. In addition, the Procurement & Sales is engaged in sales activities to develop and explore new products offering quality performance to ANA for their high technical requirement and financial benefits.

Repair: ANATU's Repair provides a variety of administrative services related to the overhaul and repair of ANA's aircraft components such as engines and avionics. The Repair's responsibility is to assign repair orders to various FAA - Approved repair facilities located throughout the U.S. This group also monitors the status of each repair order while it is at the repair facility to assure that all work is completed on time and all repairs are in accordance to specifications set by ANA, FAA and the manufacturers. The group also negotiates price and service conditions with each repair facility on behalf of ANA. The Repair's ongoing mission is to continuously research and identify those repair facilities within the U.S. that can offer ANA both quality workmanship using state-of-the-art repair techniques and competitive pricing.
